Congo Muungano Coop
A fully washed bourbon coffee grown at a high altitude of 1800 - 2000 masl. This coffee was used by 3 baristas during the 2018 US Barista Championships, so we're glad we got some of it! This coffee is floral, sweet, and balanced. We taste tamarind, grapefruit, brown sugar, and plum. SO MUCH PLUM!
